I have the international text message package in my plan.  Previously I could send and receive text messages in Chinese between cell phones, but not between email and my cell phone.  Start from this August, I could not send any text message in Chinese to other cell phones, but still can receive Chinese text messages from others' cell phones.  Does anyone have an idea if this was a change from AT&T? Or, Is something wrong on my phone?  Thanks.
