I was a fan of AT&T until today...  I upgraded to an iPhone this weekend.  I had gone online to check out upgrade possibilities -- had the new phone in the cart with desired data plan AND $5/month option for 200 text messages. Didn't wind up submitting order b/c family member told me I could just reserve a phone and pick up at Apple the next day instead of waiting for it to be mailed.  Now AT&T is telling me that the 200msg plan has been "expired" since January and I can't add it!  But the online process was apparently going to let me add it during my upgrade -- so what a hoax!  Completely false advertising!  Now I guess I have to decide whether to switch providers... So disappointed - taking away all the excitement of getting my new phone for me   I'd like an explanation as to why this apparently disappeared in the course of a week!
