Hi. I was just recently upgraded my basic plan with only calling/texting with an internet package for $10 monthly (not to be confused with data.) Now, with this new internet package, am I finally able to upgrade to a smartphone? I was looking at the Samsung Focus 2, or the Nokia Lumia if that matters at all. Thanks!
