I have had mine since Tuesday the 28th, from RIM. Very happy with screen, speed, keypad...

Love the Clock/Alarm.

there are so many small improvements you cannot appreciate all of them until you actually use it, especially for an existing BB user upgrading.

The battery life is pretty decent actually. I am using Wi-Fi, 3G, and Bluetooth and I can get about 1.5 days out of the phone. Seems to be on par with my now defunct curve.

This has to be the best phone hands down. The speakerphone is like listening to surround sound.Its loud and has 3 to 5 sound ports. the screen is amazing.

I got mine today, second person on line at my local AT&T store. So far so good, everything i was expecting and more. It is much better that Moto Q9H that i just returned last week. I walked out of the store at 9:47am and there were 9 people in line all waiting to purchase the BOLD. It pays to be the early worm I guess.

I have a question about the bold. are you able to send and receive mms messages? or do you need the blackberry data plan for it?

It's same for all blackberries. You need a blackberry plan use MMS.

Picked mine up last night. Still figuring it out. Tried to download YahooGo and it told me my account was suspended. Tried to watch a video and it told me I need a Media plan. I thought I kept the same BB plan as the Curve this thing replaced. I'll be calling the help folks today.
