I have a Torch 9860 that has 4G (HSPA+, not LTE) with a tethering plan.  I can get my Mac to connect to the Internet using the USB cable, but I'm only able to get ~2Mbps down.  Should I be able to expect the higher speeds or does the Blackberry limit tethering to 3G speeds?
