Netflix on HTC Inspire

I have read a few reviews about not being able to watch Netflix on the HTC Inspire.  Have they been able to fix it yet, or will it stay like that.

From the description. "Supports Android 2.2, 2.3, and 3.x in the USA, Canada, and Latin America." This would include the HTC Inspire.
