AT&T Forum Rank Structure

Here's an outline of the rank structure on the AT&T forums. As a reminder, ALL community members now have the ability to upload and post pictures, tag posts and of course, mark posts as accepted solutions.
AT&T Employees:
Perks: Varied
These are all ranks AT&T employees exclusively hold. There are many AT&T employees who participate in our forums however they rank up just like everyone else. You can tell if a community member is an employee by their signature.
Community Manager - AT&T employees who manage the entire community, work with community members, leaders and moderators (Perks: All of them!)
Community Specialist - AT&T employees who provide behind the scenes community support. (Perks: All of them!)
AT&T Internet Expert - An AT&T employee specializing in Internet/DSL (Perks: None)
AT&T Specialist - An AT&T employee who demonstrates consistent and frequent assistance in the forums. (Perks: Kudos)
Moderation Team:
Moderator - Lithium Moderators who make sure our community runs smoothly (Perks: All of them!)
Lithium Technologies - Lithium Team members (Perks: All of them.)

Perks: Custom Avatar, Signature, Kudos, use of full HTML
Several criteria are looked at when ranking up as a community leader including level of participation, overall value of participation and overall helpfulness. Community Leaders all have the same perks; however the titles are reflective of increased levels of participation as noted above. The Community Leader ranks are listed in order of highest to lowest.

Community members gain ranks based on their level of participation and age of their forum account. Different ranks have different perks. The Community Member ranks are listed in order of highest to lowest.
