I have contacted tier2 tech and they have been great to deal with so far. They replaced my RG and the line from box on house to RG. It has helped with errors on uverse realtime but still had streaming problems. Changed DNS server to googles and still having streaming issues. Sent another e-mail back to tier 2 hopefully they can figure this out. I would hate to drop my att service but when my neighbor has TW 7mbps and no streaming issues at all I am disappointed with ATT. I pay a premium for 18mbps and can't even stream a 5mbps movie.
