Yeah, they've already commented about less revenue here from gasoline, and talking about 14 cents per gallon raise!
Most of Houston has had mandatory 10% Ethanol in gasoline for years, and it does cut down on mpg. 
So I go as fast as I can on the freeway to get my $s worth. 
I really think politicians need to get decreases in pay and perks so the rest of us can afford to live.
