Back to snow. Plowed the 5"-6" of snow off of my real long drive starting at 11pm and didn't finish until 1am. Had to wait until the snow stopped and beat the 30mph winds that started right after done. No way I'm going out and doing this tomorrow with chill factor of -15 and high of 10. 0 tomorrow night and we're in the big freeze.
Thought I'd be a nice guy and plowed my neighbors drives (2) too. I'm sure they think I'm nuts, plowing in the dark w/headlights on my lawn tractor, and didn't hit their drives until after midnight. I asked myself, "would they rather sleep or have their drives plowed?". They can sleep some other time.
Here's a tip for those who use snow shovels (metal or plastic) or plows. Put a coat of car paste wax on them and then buff it off with a rag. The snow won't stick to them and makes your job a whole lot easier.
