I know where my parents live(Southcross Ranch area for those in SA) always have more of a problem with UPS than with FedEx. The local FedEx station is off Brussels in East San Antonio and the UPS sort station is off FM 78. I know if I tried to get UPS second day, it would get lost. Never a problem on FedEx second day. I haven't done much online buying since I moved to the Houston area, but it seems I won't have. I'd hate of those people where packages get delivered to the door step and get stolen later, Seems like problem here in Houston at Christmas time. Maybe, it's a good reason to live in apartment.
