That was their terminology, so I would assume that whatever cable they give out at install is not a "quality" cable.

My opinion is (and I'm sure plenty will disagree with me) you get what you pay for. There are the questionable quality under $10 cables, then there are confidence inspiring quality $25-$35 cable and then there are the freakishly overpriced and overbuilt cables like Monster cables at $50-$100 minimum. Plus, if price doe not matter, why didn't they just give $10 credit and tell me to go online and buy some cheap cable.
