No argument here!  Even my first line says I agree with you for this particular user.  

My point is there is oversimplication on both sides.  The particular person you were trying to help definitely falls into the user-error side, and is really offtopic from the original topic of quality AFTER config/setup/calibration has been done. 

I think probably you have been replying too much to the people ranting as they cancel their service.
