Well, they're correct that you need to call sales, but this will not cost you anything and it looks like to me that your line would be able to handle 2HD/2SD. You are pretty far from the VRAD as evidenced by the sync rate and the attenuation, but at the same time your line is nearly noise-free with the high noise margin and very low error rates.
Call sales, ask them to move you to the U-Verse 2HD/2SD profile. If they tell you it looks like you're too far away, tell them you want to try it and will call back and go back to 1HD/3SD if you run into problems. But with your line, I bet it will work fine.
