Hackey, I don’t blame you but how did they fix the freezing problem? Mine have been freezing really bad for weeks now! My installer has been here to check it twice now he has replaced the main TV box and today he changed the modem out and we thought it was fixed but low and be hole it froze again. I like the channels but I’m so fed up. Someone help me please I don’t want to leave but it’s not looking good for Uverse! Uverse kept cutting off in the middle of a movie (VOD) saying program not available try back in 3 mins. Now that sucks…….
You might try starting a new thread and give any and all details that you can provide along with screenshots from U-verse Realtime (www.uverserealtime.com) of the IP/Profile, Bitloading and Coax/HPNA tabs. Be sure to go to the Configuration tab and select the option to Hide Personal Information (for screenshots) so that none of your personally identifying information is included. I'm sure that someone here will be more than willing to help if they can.
