Today the RG resets / loss of signal failures are as bad as they've ever been. 11 times so far. I am following up directly with my tech and a "quality assurance" person from Tier 2. This is ridiculous. Anyone else from southeast Michigan experiencing similar issues today? A Tier 2 support rep indicated there was an outage earlier in the day.
