Last night it was totally different when it happened. We watched a recorded show and when it ended and we went back to live TV ALL the HD channels were black! SD stuff was still there and HD channels did show in preview/PIP box but no audio and no video just a black screen . I'm NOT happy at all and when it happens today, and it will, I will be calling in again and it won't be to be walked through that TS procedure. I want a tech, please!
