That is the exact same problem we are having, the signal on the box says its full green, but it freezes and we have to turn it off and turn it back on. Also usually when you restart it the audio will be gone, we will have to turn the tv off and on again for it to work. Earlier today i had to restart it because it froze and the picture was messed up, it was extremely darker than usual. restarted it and it fixed it, waiting 5 minutes for it to restart every 20 mins is VERY annoying. having tried watching anything on ondemand so i cant say anything about that though.
