I am amazed that there is not box or number to file for damges due to the ATT folks who initally installed my Uverse as I was a new customer to a new area here in Raleigh NC but last aug the lighten strke knocked my computer and burnt the wire to the wall after 3 (no less than) techs came out and finally got me back on line after buying new computer and monitor it was a very bad Aug.. then this past thurs at 4 in the morning same dance and when I called they said they would send a tech at noon when I recalled about the tech they said no one was scheduled since their computers say I just needed a new modom/rotor either way they sent one out and again I went to connect no luck and burnt wire in the wall after talking with level 2 (sky six) a tech came without going in the house looked at box outside and advised it was never grounded and that part was to be done on initial installation...........again new computer (400 w/surge 2yr warrenty) and out of phone and service more than 48 hours....
I will I guess have to write a letter and mail it in with my receipts:
Any advise please provide??

Send Alex a PM he is an ATT Community Manager on the forum. He will get you to the right person/dept. to get thiss issue resolved.
