I called in and had to wait 20 minutes for some jackass to transfer me to Uverse in WI.  Then for some reason it went to the telephone service, so they transfered me to uverse, but in conneticut and it took 30 minutes for someone to pick up the phone.  Then they ask me for some 4 digit authenticity code that I don't know, and have never had to provide.  How am I supposed to get this **bleep**ing code?  1 hour spent on the phone, no results.
