They used to not bother at all, but there has been some evidence lately that they do peek in from time to time.
There were some responses by an AT&T technician regarding some incorrect sports blackouts, and someone from AT&T has been looking at the 5.1 audio drops thread as well.
As the forum has gotten bigger and the community knowledge has increased, AT&T has begun to pay more attention to the forum.
