I have had U-Verse Tv, phone and internet since Sept 29th. All working great. Two weeks ago I decided to upgrade internet from Elite 6mbs to Max 10mbs. Called in and change made fairly quickly. I short time later I noticed that I lost one of the HD streams, my service was now 1HD and 3 SD streams. Checked RG, sure enough, bandwidth down to 19200. Called Tech support and tier 2 fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Got a $25 credit for the trouble. Yesterday decided to upgrade to U300 TV, $40 cash back offer. Order went in and the same thing happened again, lost 1 HD stream. Back on the phone with Tech support and this time took about an hour to get everything back to normal.
I can see this happening the first time, sh*t happens, but not twice. I will think twice about making any changes to my service again.
Anyone have a similar problem or experience?
