New problem

Uverse has been great for us since the install, until now.  Last night all our shows were of a very low quality, pixalization was very bad, lines throughout the picture etc - also for past week or so it seems every show that we watch from the DVR has a lot of skipping - every 10 minutes or so the show seems to skip.  Anyone else have this problem?

Check your connections at the wall jacks and STB make sure that the coax cable connection is tight. I found this to be the problem with one of my STBs recently. When you speak of the DVR recording are you watching that at the TV it is connected through or via STB in the other rooms? If you are watching it in another room check the recording at the TV connected directly to the DVR and see if there is any differance.

Oscar - the problem with DVR is onl all tv, including the main tv with the DVR box

Have you tried rebooting the box? hold power button on dvr for 5 seconds...
