Channel Availability

I would like to know why the channel(712 & 1712-New England Sports Network) is listed in the channel guide but is not available on both standard and high definition. And if this is the case, when will it be available to view.

It depends on which uverse package you have.  I have the u200 package so I don't get all of the sd and hd channels that uverse has.  If you don't have the 300 or 400 package you probably aren't able to get those channels.  If you do have one of those packages I suggest calling tech support to find out why you aren't getting them.
