AT&T lied. I've also waited on the phone for hours in the last 3 days without a live person responding. This is the worst customer service ever because they lie and provide no support.
The website is even worse with their recursive loop to login. I guess this is one tactic they use to not have to follow up on support issues that never get to them.
AT&T sucks and I want my money back!
