Nope they are actually low power OTA channels that ATT is using , not the subchannels of 26.
Correct. The confusion is caused by the fact that both are owned by the same outfit that owns WCIU (26.1), and WCIU simulcasts the digital broadcasts of WWME and WMEU on their frequency as 26.2 and 26.3, but they are indeed standalone stations in their own right.
