From my own experience and from hearing it from the regulars on this forum, the U-Verse door to door salesmen know less about their product than we do.
I had one saleman at my door who knew absolutely nothing about U-Verse and how it works. I had to instruct him about the product.
Owning a computer and not having the internet is like buying a refrigerator and not stocking it with food.
