That tells me that it is an app, kind of like Weather on 227, the PEG channels (98), Multiviews and so on.  My guess would be that you would tune to 500 and you would see a "bar" that says "To access Music Choice, press OK."  You would then get a list of genres.  I know some folks wanted Pandora (me too) but Music Choice is awesome, IMO.

 

March 31st could be contractural, could be legal (notices have to be given) OR could just be how long it takes for testing.  Or combination of factors - I'm ready for the Urge to be Purged!
