I know but they have to have someone that has a BASIC knowledge of music. I can understand if it was some obscure artist but Mariah Carey! No excuse! She is R&b/Pop. Anyone who isn't deaf would know that

Mariah Carey is listed quite appropriately in MC Soft Rock channel.  She could also be played on an R&B pop channel.  Both of our local Soft Rock radio stations play her songs, all of the time.
