I was told by AT&T they would be offering the extra innings.  One customer support person even gave me a price.   I never would have changed providers.  It's not like it's really easy to have all the equipment removed and another provider come in and re-install.  Somewhere the contract negotiations broke down; either it is MLB's fault or AT&T.  Frustraing!
