Good point Chris.  But woulda, coulda, shoulda....if...IF I had known about this.  This Forum was the ONLY thing that wasn't recommended to me for infomation.

 ALLLLLLLS I'm looking for is a bit of a collection of VOICES so that perhaps....PERISH THE THOUGHT....that that service that we ALLLLL pay for (and pay NICELY) might be improved.  Is that such a bad thing SHOE???  I mean, if I were as satisfied as you were with mediocrity, I'd have a wholllllle bunch of free time to make laughable, unhelpful one-line comments.

 I'm sure I'll now get some more comments....can't wait....a nice LAUGHABLE diversion from some intelligent conversation!!
