The flip-side is that FSSD also has not worked out carriage agreements with U-Verse, Time Warner Cable, or Dish, meaning that, according to this article, 42% of the county will be without FSSD on opening day. This is about a 12 percent INCREASE in households without coverage from last year when the Padres were on Cox owned 4SD.
