mulderfoxx, whenI first got u-verse, everything and I mean everything worked fine. I was able to access my DVR from any computer at any time. Once it started to act up, almost 2 years ago, I haven't gotten anywhere with tech support. If you Google "your settings could not be retrieved at this time", and add u-verse, you'll see that I'm not the only person that has had this problem. I've been trying to get this straightened out for well over a year. AT&T says that they have to try everythinng they can before they assign this problem to Yahoo. Yahoo says this is an AT&T problem, not theirs. A lot of people in this forum are very helpful but unfortunately every suggestion leads me to the same error messages and pages no matter what I do.
