AT&T U-verse TV has been ranked “Highest in Residential Television Service Satisfaction in the South, North Central and West Regions,” according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2010 Residential Television Service Provider Satisfaction StudySM that was released today.
The annual study asks TV customers to rate their provider on performance and reliability, customer service, cost of service, billing, and offerings and promotions. You can read all about it here.
This is the third year in a row we’ve received this ranking in the South and West regions, and the second time in three years that we’ve received it in all three regions where U-verse is included in the study.
