Yes, they always say sorry and tell that someone is misinformed but never talk about your loss. Saying sorry does not bring back the money you were made to pay by lying to customer.

I also asked for a physical mailing adress to write a legal dispute letter but the answer from customer service is that they don`t know it. I can`t undersatnd this a custumer service rep doesn`t know the adress of the company he/she is working for. But I will find that adress somehow and let you know when I find.
