Wow. The bad things continue to roll on

I had 24/3 Internet and now I suddenly have the 18 Internet.  How and why?????

 

I am clueless as to why someone at ATT did this without even informing me of the change.  U-verse and the overseas operators (my spouse is from the Philippines- I love her and we have been married 25 years- nice to know- huh)  have got to go!!!

 

I think it may have happenedd when an  operator stated he could give me a $10 promotional discount on my Internet.... Alex--- I need help again!?!
