why doesn't anybody at support have the right information for my Uverse account. Every time I call or try to navigate through the insane impossible website all i am told is "i don't have access to that information. I was promised a $200 visa reward card from the sales person and every time I call nobody acknowledges that and says i don't get it. Nothing but problems from att and i have only had uverse for 5 weeks. biggest scam i know of. every one warned me. i should have taken their advice. as soon as i find another provider i am outta here.
