Horrible Customer Service!!

My bill went up and I called 4 times now asking for any promotions, as I was told last year that they always have them. Everyone I spoke with had the same speech, we currently don't have any but call us back. Really like I have time to be on hold and be hung up on just to be told no. I have been with AT&T for a very long time. They obviously don't care about their long term customers. I'm currently looking in to other Internet providers. I'm tired of AT&T's poor customer service.
Anyone thinking of being a customer choose a different provider.

Try contacting Alex, one of the AT&T Community Managers for further assistance.
