Same thing happened to me but I still have my email. The code won't work. I get a message that says my account doesn't support on demand codes yet I just used one last month. I too sat on hold for 1 1/2 hours getting shuffled from department to department. If at&t doesn't soon get their ---- together, I'm switching to comcast.
