Not true. Once you leave AT&T you are no longer eligible for employee discounts. The system somehow saw me as being an employee and determined that because I was an employee that I was ineligible for the discount. That glitch was being fixed in their system. I was also happy

to receive a gift card in the mail (as well as the credit that I received on my bill) about 2 weeks ago. Again, David took care of me and a wrong was righted which makes me a happy camper.
