Haven't ever heard of AT&T "VIPS". If you were talking to someone over the weekend it had to be technical support since customer service (CS) is not open weekends.

Unfortunately there is no way to email AT&T/U-verse since they no longer accept emails. Only way is if you have an employee's direct email address they gave you.

Is this a U-verse issue? The reason I ask is this is a U-verse peer to peer forum. Maybe if you can offer some additional info on what you're trying to contact them for we could offer some contacts.
