AT&T has 3 different credit classes Low risk, Medium Risk and High Risk they can reevaluate your credit at any time either with your Equifax report or your AT&T bill. If you come back as a High Risk it will require you to pay a $450 non-refundable deposit and the CSR you spoke with is correct, the computer will not let you override it. So if your Equifax report does not show that AT&T has checked it and you haven't been late on any of your AT&T bills there should be no problem. Check your email for a number I sent you to contact AT&T's credit department.
