You should have been here when there were many many  many features that were not available.  No thdvr, no folders for recordings, no set recordings on non-dvr stbs.  It was almost like the stoneage j/k.  Uverse is a work in progress.  It has only been around for a few years so it does not have many features we took for granted when we had other service providers.  If you can hang in there you will see improvements like many of us have.
