New DVR on the way...

So, my DVR locks up and resets and ATT is sending me a new one.

 

I understand I will lose the programs already recoreded but what about all the programming.  If that is only on the DVR is there a way to save and restore it?  Is there a way to print it out?

Your series and scheduled recordings are maintained on U-verse's servers.  This information will be maintained and does not need to be recreated.

That is good news and a big improvement over DirecTV.  Too bad the tech support person didn't have a clue about this.

 

A few shows to watch to clean up the old DVR.
