We've been having this same problem for weeks and I'm so tired of talking to customer service and getting nowhere.  Our Caller ID will work fine for a few days and then it'll suddenly stop working.  It's not working yet again and has been out for three weeks.  I've made repeated calls to customer service and they tell me nothing except suggesting I reboot.  I've done the reboot every single time the Caller ID has gone out and it doesn't fix it.  I am BEYOND frustrated at this point and have no idea where to turn next.
