I am in Detroit and have had UV complete package since Feb 08.  See my thread on TONES - I (and many other people) are having problems with dialing into services (like voice mail) and the tones (DTMF) are not recognized.  I have also had the issues that is being described here - can not fax, can not hold a modem connection, can not get into voice mail at my office - all of which I could do with my AT&T DSL.  I have had many talks with tech support - have had techs out to the house - can't seem to get it working right.  Need to switch back to copper technology.
