U verse Voice

I recently had u-verse voice and phone installed.  There is static on the phone line.  I have called technical support 3 times to resolve the issue. In this last call, I was advised that my microwave, wireless cell and TV's could be a problem interferring with the phone. She could gave me no solution.  That's just how u-verse works.  I asked to be transferred to another technician but she said she was unable to do that.  What a waste of time again. When I talk there is static and echo but typically the other person doesn't hear the interference.  I have rebooted the system as advise multiple times.  No success.  I wish I never gave this a chance.  The u-verse internet drops one of our wireless computers constantly. I was told that perhaps the speed of the internet connection I have doesn't support the activity done online. Never had this issue with DSL. Really?
