Caller ID works only sporadically for me, too...just this weekend, I have bought and returned three different brands of phones (including AT&T phones) thinking one would finally work.  In approximately 20 test calls from my cell to home phone, Caller ID worked once.  I have chatted, restarted the Gateway, etc.  What is most surprising is that the AT&T phones didn't work.  Is there a fix in the works for this?
