Thx for the response.  My Telo arrived from Fedex today, Uverse tech is coming later to add a ethernet connection for it.  My guess is he will add a switch to one of the 2Wire gateway's 4 lines already in use and run from that.  I looked at the posts you directed me to and based on them I dont expect any problems in the basic function and dont think I will have any adverse affects on my existing network devices and functions.  If I get any QOS problems I will work with Ooma further, assuming they are still in business!!!    Many thanks again!
