I had U-verse installed 10 days ago. I've spent all that time trying to get someone to call me back about what I consider a very unprofessional installation. There are several complaints I have about the installer himself and damaged items in my house. Someone finally called me today and set an appointment for a tech to come out next week Thursday.

One of the things I am concerned about is the wiring itself. I have a three story condo and the wiring comes from the basement through a heating duct to the 2nd floor spare bedroom. It comes out the front of the face plate and runs the entire length of the spare bedroom wall. He drilled a hole to have it come out into a hallway and then another hole to run it into the master bedroom. My thought was that all this wiring could be inside the wall and not visible as it is now. The person I talked with today said that because of insulation and fire walls, it might not be possible. Any opinions?
